CAD/CAM TOOLINGS
PTH for the manufacturing of tools for the extrusion of plastic profiles is supported by its subsidiary company that is one of the most important company in the field of die manufacturing both on a national and an international scale. Through the use and the constant development of CAD/CAM systems and technologies, PTH is able to guarantee to its customers high quality and economically favourables solutions with very short delivery times.
The design and planning of all operations related to the realization of the mold are carried out using CAD-software by the technical department of our subsidiary company OCF, who will transfer the developed project and the relatives data by means of an internal network.
The construction operations of the used tool in the extrusion phase are carried out using CAD-systems which transfer the information to the CNC milling machines and lathes for the cutting and the milling of the tool in order to optimize times and processing quality.
