PTH Group specialises in the extrusion of Plastic Profiles in a vast range of polymers, satisfying even the most specific needs of our clients.
Our Polycarbonate Profiles are extruded with a thermoplastic polymer in transparent, opal, glazed, coloured and diffuse surfaces.
The Profiles and the Polycarbonate covers are notable for their features of stabilisation to UV rays, elevated transparency, a high degree of light transmission, and mechanical resistance.
Upon request, we can produce profiles and diffusers in polycarbonate with Flame Retardant v0 material that guarantees the non-propagation of the flame, profiles in Antibacterial Polycarbonte for medical and alimentary use (Food contact use).
Profiles in Poly(methyl methacrylate)
Our Profiles in Poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) are extruded with transparent, opal and glazed surfaces.
The principal unique features of methacrylate or plexiglass are its high transmission of light, brilliance, and above average mechanical resistance to glass.
Upon request, we extrude profiles in PMMA or glazed acryllic, used to create an effect of diffusion of light when an internal source of illumination is present.
A vast range of polymers and specific works
Our profiles are extruded in Polycarbonate, PMMA and Mixtures, furnished with transparent, opal, glazed, coloured, co-extruded or microprismatic surfaces. Upon specific request, we can undertake specific works or make technical modifications.
